Ideal for relaxing and cleansing your body of all the impurities accumulated during the year, the sauna is a small sweating cabin made to make you feel better.
The released water vapor fills the room with heat , and gradually relaxes you. In addition to relaxing , the sauna allows you to wash your body thoroughly! Impurities are expelled with a light sweat, your pores tighten and your body feels cleaner and ready to truly relax.
We advise you to spend about 20 minutes in the sauna , then go out for a cool shower. Gradually, you feel your body relax and replenish!
The hammam works on the same principle as the sauna: a real little cabin of happiness, which keeps you warm and cleans you from the inside!
Wetter than the sauna, the hammam at Les Places Dorées campsite rocks you with fresh scents of eucalyptus and other plants ideal for relaxation. Again, take advantage of the hammam cabin for a about twenty minutes, to give your body time to feel the full benefits of moist heat.
Once this time has elapsed, go take a cold shower ! Again, cold water helps to completely eliminate impurities and restore your body.. A relaxing holiday in all its forms!
All our pools are heated between 26° and 28° , the ideal temperature for having fun and relaxing at the same time. For more tranquility , take advantage of our indoor pool, heated and covered.
You can then paddle as you see fit in the warmth of the water, accompanied by the people who are dear to you. Take the time to swim a few laps before going to relax in the hot tub. Have fun surfing and relaxing in the water, away from noise and movement.
